Success Club, Diamond, Volume....what the heck?! Didn't realize you'd have to learn a whole new Beachbody LANGUAGE did ya? :) Just kidding! It's EASY. Here's a quick guide to most of the basic things you'll hear as a coach. Ask your upline for help if you are confused on any of them!

COO: (Coach Online Office) This is where you run your business on the Beachbody Website! Log in > Coach > Coach Online Office.
Volume: Each product is associated with a certain amount of "volume." This is not the same as the COST of the product, but it is what your bonus is based off of. For example, an order of Shakeology is always "90 PV," so under the "volume" tab in your Coach Online Office
PV: (Personal Volume) is awarded for personal orders placed by a coach, and orders placed by a coach's retail customers.
TV: (Team Volume) is awarded for orders placed by a coach's retail customers.
Leg: As a coach you have a "right leg" and a "left leg." Your upline will help you as far as coach placement goes, but the general rule of thumb is to keep both of your legs even!
Strong Leg: One leg (right OR left) will be denoted as your "STRONG" leg. This means this is the leg that your upline coach, and other coaches above you may place their new personally sponsored coaches. You have their help in building up your strong leg. This leg generally has more volume than your "WEAK" leg.
Weak Leg: Your other leg will be denoted as your "WEAK" leg. This leg generally has less volume associated with it. This leg is one that you build all by yourself. Meaning only your personally sponsored coaches, and THEIR coaches below them will be on your "WEAK" leg.
Challenge Pack: includes both a fitness program AND a months worth of Shakeology (HD) Always be sure to remind your customers to cancel their HD order if they bought a challenge pack and do not wish to be charged for Shakeology each month! 2 SC Points are awarded for every Challenge Pack sold.
Essential Pack: includes the fitness program ONLY. No SC Points awarded.
Success Club: This is a points system that Beachbody uses: 1 PT- for every Shakeology HD order. 2 PTS- for every Challenge Pack sale with a new customer. Each month there is an incentive for those who hit "SC5" and/or "SC10." Your goal as a coach should be to hit Success Club EVERY MONTH!
Team Cup: An incentive that lasts for a month. Teams consist of 5 coaches total, with only one Diamond Coach (or above) on each team. Work together to earn as many Success Club points as possible in order to earn prizes!
Active Coach: To remain an "active" coach, you need atleast 50 PV in a 5 week period. This can be bought or sold.
Emerald Coach: An emerald coach has one active coach on each leg.
Ruby Coach: A ruby coach has atleast 2 active coaches on each leg. One of these coaches must be emerald on the right leg, and one must be emerald on the left leg.
Diamond Coach: A diamond coach has atleast 4 active coaches on each leg. One of these coaches must be emerald on the right leg, and one must be emerald on the left leg.
