JUMP RIGHT IN! You don't have to KNOW everything about coaching before you start ACTING!! (Thats my best advice for new coaches: just get started!!! Here is a new coach roadmap that gives you a few task items to get started on RIGHT NOW:

{DAY 1}:
Hello new coaches! Welcome to our New Coach get started right group. Today we are going to be talking about setting up your Team Beachbody websites, profile and other info you should know and how to set up a facebook "like" page.

***A COUPLE OF IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER!***
1) Save the coach relations' phone number to your contacts: 800-240-0913
2) MEMORIZE your Coach ID number. This is found in your online office on the left hand column at the top. (to go to coach online office go to your teambeachbody.com profile > click coach > click coach online office
3) Copy/paste this link to a sticky on your desktop:http://www.teambeachbody.com/signup?referringRepId=YOURCOACHIDHERE
This is the direct link to have customers sign up to be a free member on teambeachbody.com. By doing this, they will go in to your customer database and if they decide to purchase anything you will get credit. I always have customers do this before I do a shakeology challenge.
If you're like me and you plan on running your business on social media, DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT spam your page or timeline with the beachbody brand. That is tacky and people might even block you. What you should be doing is:
1) Talking about your workouts, what you're doing and the results you're seeing
2) Talk about your challenge groups and the people seeing results in there
3) Sharing things that people like to SHARE (recipes, motivational stuff, workout inspiration, humor etc...) When they share things to their profile, their friends click on it and it directs them back to your page. This is one way to build a network.
4) Post content that gets people liking and COMMENTING. This is crucial. This is also how you get noticed in everyone's newsfeeds. Ask questions, advice and things that are engaging.
5) Most important... BE YOU! You are going to attract people for who YOU are. And if you're thinking "I'm not very inspirational, no one will want to follow me" well guess what... 1) that's the wrong attitude and 2) you're wrong. Have fun with this! Start enjoying building relationships with others on social media. This is how you're about to run your business. Time to own it.

{Day 2: Customer Orders and Creating Challenge Groups}
So, now you should've created your teambeachbody.com profile and websites.
1) Your customer wants to order a challenge pack! "Ahhh! What do I do??!"
You can do a couple of things. Direct them to your teambeachbody.com website by attaching your user name to the end of it.
Mine looks like this:

Next, tell them to click "Beachbody Challenge" tab > Challenge Packs
Challenge packs are fitness programs + shakeology (first 30 days worth) at a discounted price! You want to aim for selling these because it gets you 2 success club points (we will talk about Success club points on day 3.) You can also find the challenge packs in the "shop" tab on your TBB page but having them go to the Beachbody challenge tab is less confusing and they won't get distracted when they see the other programs they can buy that aren't challenge packs.
Another way to have your customers order challenge packs is giving them a direct link and putting your coach ID number after the link. Please take a moment to look at this page on our fit and fierce team website. I've made all of the direct links available to you. All you have to do is add your Coach ID no.
2) "My customer wants shakeology on home direct! How do I direct them to order!?"
Tell them to go to your team beachbody shop (teambeachbody.com/YOURUSERNAMEHERE) click Shop > shakeology.
OR you can do the direct link which is provided for you on the same page as the challenge pack links.
***You want your customers on Shakeology HD (home direct)
1) because they'll save $13 in shipping costs and
2) You get 1 success club point. They can call and cancel their auto shipment at ANY time. Please let them know about this. It will help both you and the customer.***
3) To order any other products you direct them the same way: teambeachbody.com/YOURUSERNAME > shop > whatever they're looking for
4) What is my COMMISSION? You get 25% commission from EVERY product you sell. We will talk more about the compensation plan on Day 6. There are over 6 ways to earn through Team Beachbody. Be prepared to be amazed.
3) Creating Challenge Groups
Ok, now you have challenge pack customers... what the heck do we do with these people? You create challenge groups! (yay!) Challenge groups are the CENTER of Everything we do! You can run them with a friend, push partner, a couple of coaches on our team or by yourself. :) There are TONS of resources to help you run a successful challenge group. Check out the 5 day shakeology challenge, and 10 day shakeology challenge page under the "How to run a group" section of our fit and fierce team website for info on how to run a shakeology challenge.

Couple of pointers when running your challenge groups:
• Make them fun and exciting by encouraging particpation with posts that force them to interact (ice breakers, chances to win prizes, ask questions, introductions, etc...)
• Make videos so your group can see you personally interact with them
• Try not to make your group larger than 100 people... the more intimate/smaller the better. These are your future coaches and you want to make sure you have a chance to build a relationship with them.
• Even though some of the programs are 60-90 days long, it might be a good idea to give run the group for 30 days and then transition them in our big KnockoutsUNITED fitness & nutrition Group so they can finish out their challenge there. That way, you can open another challenge group for the next month.
• Your challenge groups don't have to be program specific. They can be a mish mosh of programs
• Ask to be in your upline's current challenge group so you can see how he/she runs it for ideas

SUCCESS CLUB
As mentioned in the video, Success club should be the NUMBER 1 thing you focus on each month. It is a direct reflection of how your business is growing. As a new coach you should aim for at least Success Club 5 every month. Give your Success Club goal a deadline. Doing this will create urgency for yourself and you'll be more likely to hit it.

PERSONAL VOLUME POINTS (PV)
As mentioned in the video, you need 50 personal volume points to be an ACTIVE coach. You can find how many points are associated with each product by logging in to TBB.com and going to the "shop."
It's important to be an ACTIVE coach because not only will you be gaining commissions, bonuses and success club benefits for yourself but you'll be creating stability and contributing to the team cycle bonus. We work TOGETHER to help people reach their fitness goals and we work TOGETHER to help everyone reach their financial goals. When you become Emerald (sponsoring 1 active coach on your left and 1 active coach on your right) you will be eligible for the team cycle bonus... which means you will be earning off of the purchases and sales from the coaches below you whether they are personally sponsored or not. Pretty cool right?! But if coaches continue to go inactive that team cycle bonus will dwindle as well as ranks. If you are an emerald and one of your coaches goes inactive, you will lose emerald and will also lose the team cycle bonus benefit. So, you want to stay active and teach your coaches to share and invite so they do the same. If this sounds a little confusing don't worry, you will get the hang of it once you see it starting to happen visually.
• 50 personal volume points every 6 weeks keeps you active as a new coach and an emerald.
• 75 points for ruby
• 100 for diamond and above.
Shakeology is 90pv so if you're on home direct you are good to go. Remember, this is NOT necessarily product YOU have to purchase. Your customers contribute to your personal volume points too. BUT in order to get Success club benefits and incentives, you have to be on a home direct order of 90pv or higher every 6 weeks. Make sense?

{Day 6: Goals}
Your first 3 goals as a new coach should be...
1) Success Club 5 in your first month
2) Go Emerald
3) Get your product paid for (Hitting SC5 will take care of this)
{Day 7: What is your WHY??}
So, what is your why? What is your purpose? What do you want to accomplish with coaching? Do you want to be able to just pay for your shakeology each month? Or do you want to turn this in to a 6figure business? Don't sell yourself short... this is a DREAM BIG opportunity! Want financial freedom for your family? Then write it down. Want to put a down payment on that dream house? Then write it down. Want to pay off your debt? Then write it down. Always wanted to take your kids to disney world? Then WRITE IT DOWN. (Not yelling, just excited! )
I want you all to really THINK on paper. Writing down your goals puts ENERGY behind them. Don't just think it or "dream" it. That will automatically move it to the back of your mind and you will procrastinate. Put your coaching goals on paper and tape it up in front of you.
When we talk to our challengers, we always try to find their WHY. WHY do they want to get fit? Why do they want a new lifestyle change? Keeping this why in their back pocket will be the ONE missing piece of the puzzle when they start to go downhill and they start to fall in to temptation... skipping workouts and getting off track with their diets. Some WHYs include a new teeny bikini and some are being healthy and confident leading by example for their children/friends/family. It's important to remember WHY you started so you aren't JUST a starter but a >>finisher.<< Same goes for coaching and most things you do in life.
My coaching WHY:Not only do I want to pay it forward and help others reach their health and fitness goals with the same products that changed my life, I also want to create financial freedom for my family. In the next year I would like to be making $5,000/week. I want to be able to save for future investments (kids' college, dream home, retirement etc...) and still live comfortable. I want to have a comfortable transition in to civilian life when my husband decides to retire from the Army.
